From Union Bistrot To Le Méridien KL: Indulge In These New Culinary Experiences

If you’re someone who enjoys the finer things in life, we’ve got a few new culinary promos that were recently launched. The best part? These dining venues are all located in Kuala Lumpur so there’s no need to travel far for an exciting gastronomic adventure.

From the newly-opened Union Bistrot in The Exchange TRX, to hotels transporting your taste-buds to Bali and Japan – we’ve got you covered. While Le Méridien Kuala Lumpur’s buffet offer is brimming with the distinctive flavours of Bali, W Kuala Lumpur has transformed its Living Room into a Sakura Garden.

Union Bistrot Grand Opening 

The newly-opened Union Bistrot in The Exchange TRX is a contemporary dining space that harmoniously blends distinctive local character with dynamic global expressions. The marriage of Eastern hospitality and Western creativity result in a gastronomic amalgam of localised heritage and contemporary international nuances in one’s culinary experience here.

“As TRX symbolises Malaysia’s aspirations to create a leading global financial district, Union Bistrot seeks to unite the rich gastronomic of Malaysia with a diversity of global cuisine in order to create familiar yet wholly new flavours with a distinctive twist,” Mr Tham, owner of Union Bistrot, was quoted as saying.

The interior of this new restaurant is divided into 3 different zones – namely Alfresco, Main Dining, and Orchid Conservatory. With a space that can attend to 58 guests, Union Bistrot offers guests a luxurious backdrop of urban setting and natural environment that complement the exploration of gourmet cuisine. From now till 27th May, Union Bistrot is introducing the “Curiosity Dining”, using only emojis on the menu to represent signature dishes that capture the essence of its innovative culinary vision.

This exclusive promotion will run during the Buffet Dinner from 4th May to 12th May 2024.
