Thirty One Fine Bakes

Thirty One Fine Bakes is a bakery kitchen based in KL. And they don’t just bake any cakes. They handcraft new, flavoured cakes both with and without alcohol. The baked goods are exceptional, because of the baker’s own philosophy, which holds that confectionery magic is more complex and nuanced than simple cake and cream. She adores layers, textures, and won’t say no to a moderate amount of alcohol to enhance the allure of each decadent slice.

While the majority of Thirty One Fine Bakes’ best successes contain alcohol, there are also virgin options available, like the Dark Chocolate Coffee Praline Cake, Virgin Salted Caramel Espresso Martini, Virgin Carrot Cake, Virgin Hummingbird Cake and few others.
