Prepared by their team of award-wining chefs, delight in an ensemble of Christmas-inspired sweets, including Spiced Apricot Petit Gateau, Pistachio Cranberry Roulade, Hazelnut Raspberry Bar and Fromage Blanc Winterberry Shooter. These beguiling sweets are perfectly complemented by a selection of hearty savouries, such as Roasted Turkey Sandwich with Cranberry Shallot Emulsion, Truffle Arancini with Black Garlic Aioli, Seafood Pie with Gratinéed Parmesan Potatoes and Salmon Rillettes with Beetroot Almond Tart, Chive Cream & Ikura. This teatime experience is completed with Cranberry Scones served with Winterberry Jam and Whipped Cream.
