Shang Palace at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur presents an exclusive Four Hands Dinner on 29th and 30th August 2025, featuring a rare collaboration between two masters of Cantonese cuisine. The two-night event will bring together Chef Leung Yu King, Executive Chinese Chef of the Michelin-starred Summer Palace at Island Shangri-La, Hong Kong, and Chef Keith Yeap, Executive Chinese Chef of Shang Palace Kuala Lumpur.
Guests will be treated to a refined six-course menu that showcases both chefs’ distinctive styles – rooted in traditional Cantonese techniques and elevated with contemporary Malaysian influences.
