The finest pork takes centre stage this June – Oven Roasted Iberico Pork Ribs, which will be available for lunch and dinner throughout the month at Xin Cuisine Chinese Restaurant. This recipe requires a special marinade consisting of soy sauce, honey, salt, oregano leaves, water, Worcestershire sauce and brown sauce. After a full day of marination, the pork ribs are steamed for 10 minutes and placed in the oven to bake for 10 minutes. The marinade sauce is rubbed onto the surface, which is also sprinkled with oregano leaves. This perfectly-balanced dry rub will add intense flavour. Another round of baking is done in the oven for 5 – 6 minutes. Tender and exquisitely fragrant, the meat falls off the bone. Each bite is a mouth-watering experience. Price: RM118 nett per portion.

Savour this yummy traditional Chinese delicacy, which consists of a luxurious combination filled with a whole premium abalone, dried scallops, roasted pork, pork belly, lotus seeds, mushrooms and salted egg yolk.
