Yesterday, the gym reinforced its leading position in Malaysia, by officially unveiling its 13th club.

Located strategically at Paradigm Mall, Selangor, this club is equipped with the latest state-of-the-art facilities including a “Group Exercise studio” that encompasses “Group Suspension Training” and “Hot Yoga”, a dedicated e-spinner area, and the first cutting-edge, dedicated “Freestyle™ Training zone” in Malaysia comprising of the latest and most innovative functional training equipment.

Fitness First Paradigm Mall club is located at Lot GB 03, Level G, Boulevard, Paradigm Mall. The club is open to members from Mondays – Fridays from 6.30am – 11.00pm, 7.00am – 9.00pm on weekends and 9.00am – 8.00pm on public holidays.
