Melting Pot Café invites diners to celebrate the holiday spirit with its Festive Buffet High Tea and Christmas Eve & Christmas Day Buffet Dinner, featuring a generous spread of traditional favourites and global flavours.
Christmas Buffet Highlights:
- Seafood & Starters: You’ll find seafood on ice with green mussels, poached tiger prawns and yabbies, along with a warm prawn bisque. Lighter options include green soba noodle salad with seared beef fillet and classic salmon gravlax with dill, citrus, honey mustard and apricot-almond salsa.
Carvery & Western Delights: The carvery and Western spread features traditional roasted turkey with cranberry sauce, Dijon mustard, apple stuffing and giblet gravy, plus Beef Wellington with potato gratin, braised lamb shank with rosemary and duck confit with sautéed potatoes. The teppan station also serves salmon steak, red snapper and prawns cooked à la minute.
Asian Signatures: The Asian selection includes double-boiled lotus root soup, Thai mango sweet-sour fish, steamed siakap with sambal, wok-fried cuttlefish with cashew nuts and dried chillies, mutton varuval, chicken vindaloo and assorted dim sum, plus Japanese picks like sashimi, California rolls and gyoza.
- Desserts Galore: End the meal with Christmas pudding, gingerbread linzertorte, mini tartlets, Dundee fruit cake, morello cherry crumble, almond stollen and festive cookies.

A Japanese Christmas Experience at Kazuma

Kazuma Japanese Restaurant introduces its brand-new Christmas Bento, thoughtfully crafted to deliver comfort, freshness and festive refinement—perfect for a cozy Christmas Eve or Christmas Day meal.
The Christmas Bento features a sashimi trio of hamachi, salmon and maguro, along with kuruma ebi fry, a spicy unagi tempura roll, grilled snapper prepared either teriyaki-style or shioyaki, and tori nanban served with Japanese tartar sauce.

Guests can also enjoy Kazuma’s crowd favourites, including sashimi moriawase, assorted nigiri and special maki rolls, yakimono like saikoro steak, saba ichiya boshi and gindara teriyaki, warming nabemono such as sukiyaki nabe, and Japanese desserts like ichigo daifuku and abekawa mochi.
