After years of abandonment, this luxury bungalow located in Bukit Gasing is finally sold! If you don’t already know, this bungalow is famous for the spooky story it left behind. Supposedly a site of two gruesome murders, we wonder who had the guts to finally buy it?
Just recently, the news of the purchase was shared through a Facebook post by a real estate agent named Muhammad Ishaq. Along with a couple of house pictures, the caption reads, “SOLD TODAY RM4.4 MILLION!! Congratulations!“.
Based on an older post back in 2021, this luxury bungalow was priced at RM6 million but was reduced to RM4.4 million instead – a RM1.6 million difference! It was also speculated that the bungalow is actually worth much more than that, especially since it is located in the esteemed Bukit Gasing.
Despite the jackpot price, the house is still haunted by spooky stories regarding the murder of Sanjay Gill, his lover, and his wife, Shalini. But apparently, that myth was debunked by the same real estate agent, Muhammad Ishaq. His story seemed legit due to him working under the still very-alive owner of the bungalow. Looking back at the Facebook post, a variety of mixed opinions flood the comment section. Many congratulated the new owner for getting a luxury house for such a price. Many were also congratulating the owner for finally being able to get rid of the house. There were also those who cracked up jokes about the ghosts and spirits that live within the house.
Ghosts or no ghosts – we wonder what is in store with the property now that it has a new owner.
