Last year, Pokémon fans were thrilled when FamilyMart introduced an electrifying Sofuto flavour — Thunderbolt Sofuto — featuring the franchise’s official mascot, Pikachu. The two companies have collaborated on limited-edition desserts, snacks and exclusive merchandise, always leaving Pokémon trainers wanting more.
Earlier this month, FamilyMart teased customers with the news that they would once again be collaborating with the beloved franchise. It has now been confirmed that a brand-new Sofuto flavour has been introduced, along with fresh merchandise for everyone to enjoy.
On Wednesday (24th September), FamilyMart officially unveiled their new Strawberry Crème Sofuto, featuring the bubbly, singing Pokémon Jigglypuff. “Light, creamy, and bursting with strawberry goodness, whether you’re Team Cone, Sundae or Pint, this fluffy swirl is your next obsession. So soft, it might just sing you to sleep 😴🍦” the brand wrote in their social media caption.
Official FamilyMart members who purchase the new dessert will receive 2x FamiPoints, which can be redeemed later. That’s not all — for a limited time, new special merchandise, collectables and rewards are also up for grabs. These include:
- Bag charm (blind box)
- Portable fan
- Tote bag
- Passport cover
- Stamp card
There is also a special Stamp Rally Quest for customers to take part in. Simply collect all six unique Pokémon stamps from different FamilyMart stores to complete your collection. The first 1,000 finishers will score a free Sofuto voucher!
