Disney’s upcoming “Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” has got to be one of the most anticipated movies of the year!
In a new sneak peak video, the animated feature sort of pokes fun at its sister company Pixar in a hilarious scene when Merida recounts watching her mother and brothers get turned into bears by a magic spell, in her thick Scottish accent.
Moana then whispers to Vanellope, “We can’t understand her,” then Anna clarifies that Merida is “from the other studio,” referring that “Brave” is from Pixar.
Many also translate this as “Wreck-It Ralph’s” way of throwing shade at “Brave” for beating them at the 2012 Academy Awards for Best Animated Feature.
The new video also shows a new character named Shank, “a tough and talented driver in an intense and gritty online racing game called Slaughter Race,” played by “Wonder Woman” actress Gal Gadot.
“Ralph Breaks the Internet: Wreck-It Ralph 2” will be released in Malaysia on 22nd November 2018.
