Daft Punk may have split in 2021, but their music lives on and will soon be featured in Fortnite! Epic Games recently launched its latest collaboration with the beloved electronic music duo based on their iconic catalogue of music.
Earlier this week, Epic Games dropped teasers for a new collaboration with Daft Punk, sparking excitement amongst gamers and music fans. “The Daft Punk Experience” interactive playground launches on 27th September 2025 (Saturday) and features multiple activities, alongside new cosmetic bundles for the game.

A blog post shared by Fortnite writes about the collab with Daft Punk, “Soar through their random access memories to a transformative dance floor destination, where the festivities kick off with a supercut from their legendary Alive tour and Alive 2007 album.” The duo is just one of the many musicians to partner up with Fortnite, following Bruno Mars and Sabrina Carpenter.
Unfortunately, Fortnite has confirmed that Daft Punk isn’t reuniting for the collaboration. In the FAQ section, the game answered the question, “Is Daft Punk getting back together?” with, “No. The Daft Punk Experience is an immersive music experience based on the band’s beloved music. The band is not getting back together.”

Nevertheless, fans are excited for this partnership – and are still holding on to the hope that the duo will one day reunite. Check out the official teaser below:
