Famous Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo is famed for his skills on the field. However, he’s also the apple of many eyes, with his heartthrob looks. Not to mention his amazing physique, which many have seen when he divests himself of his shirt.
Well, fans were delighted when, for once, Ronaldo didn’t flaunt his stuff on the field. Instead, he had a more ‘intimate’ viewing for his Instagram followers. He took a shower, live, on Instagram.
The infamous broadcast started on 1st March around 9pm his time. There was some confusion when the star appeared in only his briefs standing beneath a shower in his backyard. However, it soon became clear. Cristiano was going to take a shower in front of his audience, in the cold.
The broadcast drew roughly 677,00 viewers for the strange spectacle. While bathing, netizens gave their two cents. Some netizens stated he was “very brave” for doing so. Others agreed with his actions, saying “(a) hot shower in (the) winter is the best“. Still, there were those who felt it was “weird“.
The brief show lasted 15 seconds but Ronaldo took care to acknowledge his viewers before the live ended. He gave them a thumbs up, a salute and a kiss. According to The Sun UK edition, this isn’t the first time Ronaldo has dropped an odd live. Apparently, he once live streamed a sauna session and said nothing during it.
His public-showering stint isn’t normal, but at least people enjoyed the eye candy! If nothing else, Ronaldo, and maybe a few fans, had fun.
