Taiwanese actor Nicky Wu (吴奇隆) and Chinese actress Cecilia Liu, also known as, Liu Shishi (刘诗诗) have recently announced the arrival of their newborn son.
Wu announced the news on his Weibo account, “Our little friend has reported for duty, Mother and son are both safe and sound, thank you everyone for your concern!” while Liu responded, “Our little friend is super cute.”
Wu, 48 and Liu, 32 got to know each other from “Scarlet Heart” (步步驚心) and started dating each for 4 years since. The couple registered their marriage in 2015 where they held their wedding in Bali, Indonesia in 2016.
It has been reported that the couple has been less active on their career in recent years and they even took an extensive vacation as Liu was reportedly getting IVF treatments in Los Angeles to get pregnant.
It was previously rumoured that the couple is expecting twins. But either way, the arrival of the baby boy is still a great news for Wu and Liu. Congrats!
