Under the dazzling lights of Kuala Lumpur, a new kind of magic is about to take the stage. This December, Malaysian fans will finally get to witness the long-awaited arrival of ClariS, the enigmatic Japanese girl group whose dreamy melodies and pastel-perfect aesthetics have captivated listeners across the globe. From behind-the-scenes mystery to centre-stage brilliance, ClariS is ready to illuminate Comic Fiesta 2025 with their first-ever live appearance in Malaysia.
Marking a milestone moment in the nation’s anime and J-pop scene, Comic Fiesta 2025 promises an unforgettable celebration of sound, colour, and creativity. As ClariS steps into the spotlight alongside Machico and virtual idols, the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre is set to transform into a wonderland where music, fandom, and fantasy collide.

Formed in 2009 by members Clara and Alice, ClariS quickly rose to fame after their debut single “irony” became the opening theme for the hit anime “Oreimo (俺妹)”. Their signature blend of sweet harmonies, pop sophistication, and an air of mystery helped them carve out a distinctive niche in Japan’s vibrant music scene. Fans can expect renewed energy and evolution in both sound and style, all of which Malaysia will experience live for the first time this December.

The excitement doesn’t stop there. Comic Fiesta 2025 will also welcome Machico (まちこ), the dynamic singer and voice actress celebrated for her roles as Tokai Teio in “Umamusume Pretty Derby (ウマ娘 プリティーダービー)”, and Nene Kusanagi in “Project SEKAI (プロジェクトセカイ カラフルステージ!)”. Machico is also the powerful voice behind the hit anime songs “Fantastic Dreamer” and “Tomorrow” from “KonoSuba: God’s Blessing on This Wonderful World! (この素晴らしい世界に祝福を!)”, making her a fan-favourite among anime music enthusiasts.
