BMW Art Of Driving
BMW Group Malaysia redefines luxury with the introduction of the New BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro, New BMW iX xDrive45 Sport, and the New Locally Assembled BMW X5 xDrive40i M Sport. By offering both petrol and fully electric vehicles, a premium automaker redefines luxury through the Power of Choice, enabling customers to personalise their driving experience.
Two new models, the New BMW iX xDrive60 M Sport Pro and the New BMW iX xDrive45 Sport, are now available in Malaysia. The BMW iX, the first Sports Activity Vehicle (SAV) from the BMW Group to be fully electric, continues to set the standard for electrified mobility today. Here’s what went down at the event:

BYD ATTO 2 Debuts In Malaysia
The next thrilling drive is here, so fasten your seatbelts! The BYD ATTO 2, a brand-new electric compact SUV intended to be the preferred exhilarating vehicle for a new generation of drivers, was unveiled by BYD Sime Motors, the official distributor of BYD automobiles in Malaysia. The BYD ATTO 2, designed for first-time drivers, trend-setters, and achievers eager to embrace electric mobility, puts high-end electric vehicle (EV) technology within reach.
The BYD ATTO 2 was officially launched at Heritage Valley, Kuala Lumpur, in a ceremony attended by Eagle Zhao, Managing Director of BYD Malaysia Sdn Bhd; Chen Han Sern, Senior Manager Sales Division of BYD Malaysia Sdn Bhd; Andrew Basham, Managing Director of Sime Motors; Jeffrey Gan, Managing Director of Sime Motors, Southeast Asia; Syed Ahmad Muzri Syed Faiz, Managing Director, Inokom & Distribution Malaysia, Sime Motors; and Adeline Lew, Managing Director of BYD Sime Motors.

Japan Expo Malaysia 2025
The 6th edition of Japan Expo Malaysia was recently held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre. The three-day event, which ran from 18th to 20th July, and was officiated by His Excellency Shikata Noriyuki, Ambassador of Japan to Malaysia, brought together over 50 exhibitors along with a line-up of Japanese artists and performances under one roof.
The expo featured a stellar showcase of Japanese talent with performances by Manaka Inaba, Leon Niihama, Enishi, and wannabees. Malaysian performers included iconic alt-rock band Kyoto Protocol, idol group KLP48, genre-bending DJ Blink, cosplay-pop act Rine-Hime, Taka Kazuki and Friends, rising stars Jei and Nico, and dynamic DJ Harimao and Harimeow, a dazzling new J-Pop idol act.

HoYo FEST 2025 At Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre
HoYo FEST has returned to Kuala Lumpur! Now in its 5th year, HoYoverse fans are treated to 4 days of onsite activities at Pavilion Bukit Jalil Exhibition Centre, including themed booths done up in their favourite HoYoverse games.
The event’s Artist Alley also made its debut at each HoYo FEST across Southeast Asia in 2025. Fans can expect HoYoverse-inspired merch from their favourite local artists and creators. This marks the first time that a gaming company is allowing fan-created merchandise to be sold at its own event in Southeast Asia.

KOSPET kicked off its first on-ground event in Malaysia with the exciting launch of the Magic R10 and Magic P10 smartwatches. MapleStorySEA Celebrates 20th Anniversary With Pop-Up
Throughout last weekend, MapleStory SEA celebrated its 20th Anniversary with a special campaign themed “Victoria Voyage: Sailing Beyond” at Sunway Pyramid.
