90s kids, get ready for the most epic comeback ever! The legendary alternative rock band Blink-182 is currently prepping for their 7th studio album and ready to come back to the music scene soon.
The band’s vocalist Tom DeLonge broke the news about their new album when he updated his Instagram a few days ago. He posted a throwback picture of him and bandmates Mark Hoppus and Travis Barker and captioned it, “Rehearsals start today… And yes there will be a new album #SorryForTheWait #Blink”
It is indeed has been long wait as the band has not made any albums after they released their 6th album, “Neighbourhoods”, and extended play, “Dogs Eating Dogs”, in 2011 and 2012 respectively. The new album will be their 7th studio album in almost 20 years.
