In the age of viral rumours and instant opinions, Bella Astillah is choosing honesty and empathy. Taking to Instagram, she broke her silence to address the controversy that has spiralled far beyond its origins, reminding the public that not everything online reflects the truth.
The actress has spoken firmly against the wave of online criticism directed at Ami Ilana, a Primavalet staff member, urging the public to stop using the term “home-wrecker” and to refrain from making baseless assumptions. The actress clarified that the allegations circulating online are inaccurate and have unfairly painted Ami as a third party in her relationship with politician, Syed Saddiq.

In her statement, Bella emphasised that the situation had been resolved privately and amicably, despite the online frenzy. She noted that much of the speculation stemmed from a few individuals who began using inappropriate labels without verification, which then prompted others to join the criticism without understanding the full context.
The star explained that there is no truth to claims of “sondol-menyondol”, a local slang referring to home-wrecking behaviour. “There’s no such thing as sondol-menyondol because she has been with BASS from the start, and Ami isn’t even single,” Bella said, emphasising that the online accusations are baseless. According to her, the narrative created by netizens has been greatly exaggerated and strays far from the real situation.

The actress also called for an end to attacks on Kak Tasha, stating that the harassment had begun involving family members who had no ill intentions. She described the situation as deeply unfair, urging fans and followers to move forward with kindness. Bella reassured everyone that all parties involved are on good terms and that the family remains united.
Previously, online discussions suggested that Bella and Syed Saddiq’s relationship was being disrupted by a woman close to them. The speculation intensified when users on Threads claimed that the politician’s mother, Sharifah Mahani Syed Abdul Aziz, seemed to favour this individual, who is reportedly part of a brand represented by the pair. Netizens also noted that the politician’s mother had never posted photos with Bella, leading to further questions about their relationship dynamics.

Reports of the “Lebih Indah Berpisah” singer’s growing closeness with the Muar Member of Parliament have been circulating for months, particularly after they frequently collaborated for brand campaigns. Despite the public intrigue and the rising curiosity among fans, the pair have maintained that they are simply friends.
