The recent controversy surrounding TikTok user @/guinevere119, now known as Nasuha, has taken social media by storm after she revealed her secret relationship with actor Amir Ahnaf. Following online rumours that the actor was romantically involved with DOLLA member Angel, Nasuha insinuated that the celeb decided to pursue the singer without addressing his relationship with her first. This revelation has sparked a flurry of online reactions, with netizens directing their attention towards the singer.
On 14th August, both women involved addressed the ongoing controversy on their TikTok accounts, aiming to end the harassment and encourage everyone to move forward. Their statements have led many to reconsider the importance of handling personal matters privately.
Nasuha, who started this drama, clarified her previous statements that she never intended to harm or direct any hate towards Angel. She addressed DOLLA fans’ concerns, saying, “Hello, Idollas. I’m truly sorry, but I didn’t mean to drag Angel into this. I know she’s not even aware of my existence.” Emphasising that her post was meant to shed light on her personal situation with Amir Ahnaf and not to drag others into the drama.
The TikToker further added, “And when did I say that I was his (Amir) ex of one year? Let’s calm down—my caption and the rumours circulating have been misinterpreted.” The alleged ex-girlfriend also hinted that there are still many things she could reveal but has chosen not to, suggesting that there’s more to the story than what has been shared so far.
Angel, on the other hand, responded with her own statement, beginning with an apology for her delayed response to the issue. She clarified that her relationship with the “Projek: High Council” actor is purely professional, stating, “We are very supportive towards each other’s accomplishments in the industry. We have never hung out alone, so I hope iDollas don’t worry too much.”
Angel reassured her fans, saying, “I will continue to work hard to do better in my career and will always do my best to make Malaysia proud.” She also issued another apology for any inconvenience caused to any parties involved. Let’s hope that Amir will man up and release his own statement to address this issue and clear the air.
