Fans were left in shock after Aeril Zafril announced that he’ll be putting his yellow Lamborghini Aventador car for sale. For those who don’t know, the luxury car was gifted by his dear wife, actress Wawa Zainal, just last month.
As revealed by Aeril (full name Suhairil Sunari) himself in an interview with Kosmo, he does not plan to use the RM2.27 million luxury car for the long run. He also revealed that he had informed Wawa regarding the matter.
“Before this Lamborghini, I had a Mustang which was also yellow in colour. But it only lasted for a year. I decided to sell it to a friend of mine. Then, Wawa gifted me this (Lamborghini Aventador) car. After driving it a few times, I felt that this car didn’t really suit me,” the “Kisah Kaisara” star told the publication.
Aeril added, “Wawa understands me very well. The story is similar to the time when she bought me the Mustang. I just want to try and experience driving the car. I’m the type of person who likes to be in the moment. I didn’t intend to show off my wealth, I rarely posts photos and videos (of my luxury items) on social media.”
However, it appears that many netizens are not buying Aeril’s explanation. Some of them even questioned why the actor-entrepreneur wanted to sell the Lamborghini so soon.
