For those who may not be aware, actress Yasmin Hani has been dating her boyfriend actor Alif Hadi for about 3 years now. The celebrity couple have worked together on certain projects and would often post about each other on Instagram.
Fans obviously can’t get enough of them as they would leave supportive comments on their posts. However, despite being together for all these years, the “That Cover Girl” star revealed that she actually has no plans to marry her man in the near future. Here’s why:
In an interview with OhBulan, Yasmin revealed that she would often receive questions about marriage since she’s been together with Alif Hadi for a while now. Unfortunately for those who have been curious, the actress said she still does not have an answer to that question.
“I don’t have an exact date about when we will tie the knot. Right now, we’re just enjoying our time as lovers. We don’t want to commit to something just to please everyone. There are a lot of things that need to be done if you want to get married. Plus, I’m also thinking about my children. I don’t want to stress myself about these things just yet,” she told the news outlet.
Although she has concerns about her children when it comes to her romantic relationships, the 44-year-old star reassured her fans that her two sons are very comfortable being around Alif. “I don’t want my kids to see their mother switching partners all the time. One is enough,” she added. Apart from marriage plans, the former radio announcer also revealed that she has received inappropriate messages on social media from those who want to date her.
“These homewreckers are everywhere. Some have asked me out and other times I’d receive lewd messages. I just ignore them. A few have asked me if I was married. I couldn’t be bothered with these things,” said the public figure. For your information, the actress was once married to Sha’arin, the drummer of rock band Blackrose and the two had two children together; Noah Ismail Wong and Eissa Elzander Wong.
While Yasmin Hani has yet to have an answer to marriage questions, we wish her and Alif a lasting relationship.
