There have been many Asian stars who look way younger than their actual age. One great example is Cantopop superstar Aaron Kwok (郭富城), who recently turned 60 but remains in excellent physical condition. During a recent concert, the singer quipped about his age-defying appearance, drawing amusement from the crowd.
Over the weekend, Aaron performed in Guangzhou as part of his ongoing “ICONIC” tour. During the talk session of the concert, the singer addressed the topic of his 60th birthday. He said about the milestone, “I’m honoured to have turned 60 this year. However, nobody believes me when I say it. Even I don’t quite believe it myself”.

Aaron then continued, quipping, “Is there a mistake on my ID card? How could that be? How can I possibly be 60?” The multifaceted star also pointed to the fact that his daughter was born just last October, noting, “My daughter’s not even a year old yet. I don’t understand. Is this what they call reverse ageing?”
The singer’s age-defying appearance and energetic self have always been the subject of curiosity for fans and netizens, with many questioning if he follows any specific regimen. However, Aaron dismisses any special diet or routine, saying, “I just drink water and coffee, but I do drink dozens of cups of coffee a day.”

Aaron then continued, “I don’t understand why I keep getting younger. What should I do? Why? Can anyone answer me?” Despite his remarks about his age, the singer seems to take pride in his youthfulness, joking, “I’m scared. I can’t let my fans grow older than me. I have to protect you all.”
Fans couldn’t help but chuckle at Aaron’s “dilemma”, saying he might be the only person to be concerned about not ageing. However, many others said that the singer’s physical state at 60 years old is a great motivation to take better care of oneself.
