Something deliciously theatrical is happening at Arthur’s Bar & Grill, and it smells like truffle, oak, and perfectly aged Angus beef.
This October, the steakhouse at Shangri-La Kuala Lumpur is giving gourmands a taste of luxury with its “Farm-to-Fork Indulgence”, a two-night-only dining event that celebrates both craftsmanship and conscious sourcing.
Happening on 16th & 17th October 2025, this culinary showcase highlights the artistry behind Stanbroke’s Diamantina Premium Australian Beef—famed for its rich marbling and sustainable farming heritage. But the real star of the evening? The unveiling of Arthur’s brand-new Dry-Ageing Chiller, where time, temperature, and technique come together to create the kind of steak that melts at first bite.
Diners will enjoy a curated five-course tasting menu paired with wines from Australia, Argentina, and Spain, designed to showcase the depth of flavour found in each carefully aged cut. Think Tangy Citrus Mesclun Salad with maple cold-smoked flank steak, 28-day dry-aged Angus ribeye tartare, and a Bone-in Striploin that’s dry-aged to perfection and served with wagyu fat-fried chips and smoked Maldon sea salt.
Each course is crafted to tell a story—one that begins on Queensland pastures and ends in the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Throughout the evening, James Goodenough of Stanbroke will share insights into the sustainable practices behind Diamantina beef, giving diners a rare behind-the-scenes look at how premium quality and environmental responsibility can coexist beautifully on a plate.
And of course, every great meal deserves a grand finale. The night ends with a 70% Cacao Tallow Chocolate Sea Salt Slice, a decadent dessert balanced by wild berry compote and platinum caramel ice cream—proof that indulgence can be both rich and refined.
The “Farm-to-Fork” Indulgence is priced at RM300 nett per person for the tasting menu, or RM380 nett with wine pairing. Seats are limited for this exclusive showcase, so if you’re craving a night of fine beef, fine wine, and even finer conversation—this is your cue.
