A Full Day To Pause, Breathe & Recharge At The Women Wellness Festival 2.0

After a sold-out debut earlier this year, the Women Wellness Festival returns on 8th November 2025 at Parc Subang, promising to be bigger, calmer, and even more rejuvenating.

Founded by wellness advocates Diane Chia and Raja jesrina Arshad, with Sarah Lian joing the team this year, the festival has quickly become Malaysia’s go-to event for women to pause, breathe, and reconnect. Think of it as the ultimate girls’ day out with more mindfulness, less chaos, and way better energy.

A Full Day of Wellness, Your Way

From sunrise yoga to soulful workshops and conscious shopping, every moment at the Women Wellness Festival 2.0 is designed to help you slow down without feeling left out. Expect over 30 sessions covering eveything from natural healing and fertility to movement classes, mindfulness, and self-dicovery.

There’s also a Recharge care Suite where you can get a quick spine alignment, a massage, or even a facial between sessions. If you’re feeling more social, join a women’s circle or a breathwork session to reconnect with yourself and others in the most grounding way possible.

The Wellness Marketplace at Parc Subang will be filled with intentional brands and local productsthat put mindfulness and sustainability first. From herbal blends to skincare and eco-friendly hme goods, it’s a one-stop bazaar for all things self-care.

You can also catch PurelyB founder Raja Jesrina Arshad’s keynote talk, “Breaking Barriers: From Burnout to Balance While Building My Dream Business”, where she shares her decade-long journey of turning passion into purpose—burnout and all.

A Wellness Movement Rooted in Sisterhood

For the founders, this festival isn’t just about yoga mats and smoothies; it’s about community.

“Our festival is more than an event, it’s a movement,” says Jesrina. “We want every woman to leave feeling seen, supported, and inspired to nurture herself while connecting with others on the same journey.”

With support from Shveta Labs, DeRucci, and Etika, plus wellness partners like Hammam Spa, Aura Regenarative Wellness Clinic, and Satu Creative, this year’s edition promise an experience that nourishes your mind, body, and spirit—no gatekeeping, no judgement, just good vibes and real connection.
