There have been many Asian actresses who still stun in their older age. One of those actresses is Cecilia Yip (叶童), who recently wowed netizens with her appearance at Milan Fashion Week.
Last week, Cecilia attended the GIADA Fall/Winter 2026 Fashion Show in Milan as one of the show’s guests of honour. Other stars who attended the show include Taiwanese actress Michelle Chen (陈妍希) and Chinese television personality Hu Ke (胡可). While all three Asian stars wowed with their elegant looks, it was Cecilia who sparked discussion with her demeanour.

The actress, who turns 63 years old this 8th March, donned an all-cream outfit, consisting of a long coat, trousers, and a crop top, showing off her flat stomach. She also sported her signature all-natural silver-white short hair, which was styled simply with a side part. Cecilia finished off her look with a brooch and a cream handbag, exuding an air of understated luxury.
Cecilia’s elegant look amazed many netizens. Despite her grey hair and visible wrinkles, many noted that the actress doesn’t look old or haggard, adding that she’s an example of ageing gracefully and naturally. Many also praised her toned figure, prompting comments that she doesn’t look like someone in their 60s.

Interestingly, the actress previously had to defend herself against ageist comments, particularly those that mock her grey hair and crow’s feet. However, as time passed, many more netizens and fans praised her for embracing her age and forgoing excessive beauty procedures. Many even said they wish to look like Cecilia when they’re her age.
In a society that pressures women to look a certain way, even in their older age, it’s refreshing to see Cecilia embrace her grey hair and wrinkles and still look incredible. Let’s hope her confidence will inspire more women to follow in her footsteps.
