There’s no denying that K-pop rapper CL (씨엘) is a true queen. The former member of the now-defunct group 2NE1 is notable for being one of the most fashionable K-pop idols. One of our favourite looks of the fashion-forward songstress would be the Alexander Wang denim dress she rocked during last year’s MET Gala event.
This time around, CL (real name Lee Chaelin, 이채린) made fans’ jaws drop with her bold fashion choice. Yesterday (Tuesday, 5th July), she took to her personal Instagram to share a series of photos taken during her trip to Paris. “A very Cherry Day in Paris,” she captioned her post.
CL showed confidence by donning a corset top with a design reminiscent of rockets on her chest, and also a long black skirt which showed off her voluminous figure. She completed her ultra glam look with eccentric accessories including a pair of earrings and sunglasses. The outfit was designed by Daniel Roseberry, the same man behind Bella Hadid’s iconic lung dress.
Needless to say, fans were blown away by the outfit worn by the “Come Back Home” hit-maker during the event. Some didn’t even hesitate to flood the replies space with numerous spicy comments. Some of the “thirsty” remarks that we found online include:
