Yee Sang Selections
During the jubilant festivities of Chinese New Year, Yee Sang takes centre stage as a symbolic culinary masterpiece, with each ingredient carrying profound meaning. Shang Palace offers four exquisite varieties of Yee Sang for both dine-in and takeaway:
- Abalone with Caviar Yee Sang
- Smoked Scottish Salmon Yee Sang
- Crispy Salmon Skin and Jellyfish Yee Sang
- Korean Winter Snow Pear Yee Sang
For an elevated experience, the Auspicious Yee Sang combines 2-head abalone, Hokkaido scallops, poached lobster, and Scottish smoked salmon.
