The influencer began her response by sharing that she, too, had questioned herself on this matter numerous times. “In my life, I’ve only worn it like twice or three times, and I wasn’t consistent with wearing it, so I took it off,” Ameera explained. She further elaborated that she isn’t ready yet because her goal is to wear the hijab permanently and not remove it partway through the journey.
“So if God wills it, with everyone’s prayer, including mama, papa, and my own—one day, I will wear the hijab, obviously,” Ameera added. She shared that when the time comes, she hopes she’ll be fully prepared and never have doubts about maintaining the practice. “When the time is right for me, I just pray that Allah makes it easy for me,” she continued, extending her best wishes to other Muslim women in similar situations who aspire to wear the hijab.
