After being inactive for some time, actress-singer Nonny Nadirah posted a video on her Instagram page yesterday (Wednesday, 3rd July) of her shaving her head with a caption that reads, “Twinnies”. The star can be seen prepping herself by removing her outerwear before applying powder to her neck. She then showed a golden shaver to the camera before proceeding to shave the hair on her head.
The video then cuts to the final result of her new buzzcut. The actress, still in her sunglasses, wiped off the excess hair on her head with her hands before putting on a cap, rocking a more hip-hop kind of look. As for why the “Melankolia” star decided to shave all her hair off, the reason still remains a mystery.
Nonny deactivated the comments section on her own post but the video has since been reposted on multiple social platforms. Some complimented the celeb on her new look while others were concerned about her well-being. A few speculated that her head-shaving might have something to do with what happened to her in the past.
In case you were unaware, earlier this year, Nonny explained her 3-year absence from the entertainment industry, claiming that she was recovering after being cursed by black magic. In a report by Berita Harian, she said that she holds no grudges despite being cursed by someone she knew. The 34-year-old has yet to address her latest post.
