In light of the ongoing boycott, KFC Malaysia has been trying its best to stay afloat. Following the temporary closure of 100 outlets across the country, the fast food is now introducing a new policy in hopes to win back customers.
One such initiative is allowing customers to opt for a replacement if the piece of chicken purchase is too small. The new policy of buy-one-for-one is applicable for fried chicken of original, spicy, and even the promotional ones.
