3. Maria’s SteakCafe
To ignite the spirit of Ramadan and Raya, Maria’s SteakCafe has curated seasonal offerings blending traditional and modern dishes. The communal concept menu, showcasing a 3-tier spread of food, will be available from 10th March to 7th May, to celebrate the warmth and joy of the festive occasion.
This seasonal menu is available in beef and non-beef options, with portions suitable for 2 or 4 people, catering to both intimate or large gatherings with diverse preferences. While the first tier (appetisers) and the third tier (side dishes) are similar, the second tier features the main course of your choice.
For the set serving four, two main meat courses are available; the signature Argentinian Striploin and N.Z Lamb Cutlets in the beef set. For those seeking premium cuts, you may upgrade your steaks to Black Angus Ribeye, Wagyu MB7 Tenderloin, or Wagyu MB9 Ribeye.
If beef isn’t your preference, the non-beef set offers Grilled Salmon and N.Z Lamb Cutlets, with an option to upgrade the Grilled Salmon to their delicious Atlantic White Cod. 1. Secret Recipe
Secret Recipe, renowned for its delectable offerings, is thrilled to announce the launch of its highly anticipated Ramadan menu, entitled “Jom Berbuka” from 8th March to 9th April. Drawing inspiration from the rich culinary heritage of Kelantan’s famed Nasi Kerabu, this year Secret Recipe invites families and communities to unite at their outlets and delight in the authentic flavours of Nasi Kerabu that come in sets.
The main dish on the new menu features the classic Nasi Kerabu, offering the dish’s essence in its simplest form. Blue pea-infused rice is accompanied by salted egg, fresh vegetables, fish crackers, coconut sauce, sambal, and budu sauce for a flavourful and texturally diverse combination.
There’s also Nasi Kerabu with Grilled Turmeric Saba Fish and Nasi Kerabu with Stir Fry Turmeric Squid for seafood lovers. The Ramadan Special set menus showcase a tempting array of dishes, each lovingly prepared to captivate the senses and evoke cherished memories of happily shared meals.
Customers can choose from one of three tantalising rice set options — the Curry Chicken, the Beef Rendang, or the Asam Seafood — served with a medley of accompaniments, including acar, fried onion rings, crackers, salted egg, and sambal udang. The Western Combo Set is also available, offering the choice of crispy fried chicken chop or golden fish fillet, served with french fries, coleslaw salad, and black pepper sauce.
