1. He’s a member of the Negeri Sembilan Royal Family
If his title wasn’t obvious enough, Tunku Eddy is the grandson of Negeri Sembilan’s 10th Yang di-Pertuan Besar, Tuanku Ja’afar and Tunku Ampuan Najihah. His father is Yang Mulia Tunku Kecil Besar of Negeri Sembilan Tunku Mudzaffar ibni Almarhum Tunku Mustapha and he is in-laws with Yang Amat Mulia Tunku Dara of Negeri Sembilan Tunku Naquiah binti Almarhum Tuanku Ja’afar.
2. Actress and host Sarimah Ibrahim is his sister-in-law
Yes, it looks like Jeslina has another thing to be excited about. Tunku Eddy is also the younger brother of Tunku Nadzimuddin Tunku Mudzaffa, who is the husband of actress, host and lawyer YM Che Puan Sarimah Ibrahim – a fellow celeb from the entertainment industry!
3. He’s the Director at Mogul Works Asia
While the Royal title could mean that he’s basically set for life, it doesn’t necessarily mean he relied on his silver spoon. Tunku Eddy is also a successful businessman, being the managing director of Munaq Holding, leading his digital marketing and communications company, MM Group and also the Director at Mogul Works Asia.
4. The couple has been together for 8 years
8 years is nearly a decade. Although not much is known about how they met, the two lovebirds made their relationship public back in August 2018. Back then, the actress told local news that they were taking things slow and that her children had accepted him as part of the family.
5. He proposed to Jeslina at Lake Como, Italy
After 8 long years together, Tunku Eddy finally popped the question to Jeslina on 27th September 2023. He shared the exciting news with a carousel post on Instagram showing him and his bride-to-be on a boat at Lake Como, Italy.
