Local influencer Abang Tesla hasn’t had the best reputation since he posted a video of his wife crying the night before his marriage to his second wife. Even celebrities had a lot to say about his polygamous relationship.
Things may look fine on the surface but there may be more to this story. Although the first wife Nurmajdina Jamari gave her blessings for her husband to marry another woman, a new video suggested that she may not be 100% fine with the decision.

Yesterday (Wednesday, 22nd November), Abang Tesla’s first wife, Nurmajdina Jamari posted a video on her TikTok channel where she showed herself lip-syncing in her car to a ballad titled “Jodoh Pasti Bertemu” by Indonesian singer Afghan. What caught the attention of many was her caption in the video which reads, “I only look happy but I’m about to lose my mind”. However, in the post’s caption, she wrote, “I’m okay, I’m fine. Gwenchana.”
This led many to believe that she may have only been pretending to be happy with her current life all this while, now that she has to share her husband with another woman. Netizens all flooded her comments section offering their prayers and words of encouragement so that she’ll stay strong while facing whatever it is she’s currently going through.

Meanwhile, Abang Tesla posted his own video on his channel a few hours after his first wife’s video. In his video, he brought her to enjoy a fancy romantic dinner at the beach to show how much he appreciated her. He also admitted that he originally planned to marry his second wife back in June but postponed the discussion with his first partner since it was her birth month.
“After getting married [to the second wife], I thought we wouldn’t be the same but thankfully everything worked out,” he said to her in the video. Unlike the comments section on Nurmajdina’s video, netizens continued to criticise Abang Tesla, saying that they could tell that his first wife was only pretending to be okay with being in a polygamous marriage.
We may never know what actually goes on behind closed doors but we do hope that things will turn out for the better for everyone in this marriage. Let’s just hope for the best.
