Enjoy the warm flavours of autumn and delectable Italian cuisine with the latest dishes from the Marini’s On 57 Restaurant. This season, earthy mushrooms and luxurious truffles are the featured ingredients, with delicate veal as the highlighted protein.
Start off with Vitello Tonnato, a roasted veal tenderloin finely sliced and served with tuna sauce, caper berries and pickled vegetables; while La Milanese is inspired by a traditional dish and has breaded Italian veal tenderloin served with Lyonnaise potatoes, Momotaro tomato, arugula salad, shaved Grana Padano cheese and lemon caviar.
Pasta lovers can enjoy a selection of mushrooms and truffles incorporated into dishes. The Tagliatelle Al Tartufo pairs rich house-made egg yolk pasta tossed in butter sage with Parmesan cheese and autumn truffle shavings; while the Raviolo balances the richness of house-made Bagoss cheese ravioli and butter parmesan cheese with a balsamic reduction and a sprinkle of autumn truffle shavings. For a filled pasta with delicate flavours, there is the Cod Fish & Mascarpone Tortelli with mushroom cream and crustacean bisque.
For meat-free options, you can enjoy the prix fixe selection that comes with the five-course Autumn Vegetarian Degustation Menu. The dishes available include the creamy Buffalo Mozzarella with eggplant pesto, Momotaro tomato, organic salad and basil oil, the Crema Di Funghi and the refreshing Risotto Al Pomodoro, a Carnaroli rice risotto in tomato sauce with cherry tomatoes and Parmesan cheese foam.
The Marini’s On 57 Autumn 2023 menu is available at the Marini’s On 57 Restaurant daily, and is priced from RM38++ onwards. Degustation sets are also available from RM488++ per person for a 5-course dinner to RM1,888++ per person for an 8-course dinner. Vegetarian degustation sets are available at RM418++ per person. The Alba white truffles are available at RM98++ per gram, with a minimum order of 5g per dish.

Starting off with the beautiful, decadent Strawberry Matcha Cake. Matcha sponge layers are carefully coated with rich chantilly cream. Strawberry slices are sparsely added on top of each layer of the cream. The entire cake is then covered with matcha chantilly and vanilla cream.
Next up is soft, fluffy buns with turkey ham and cheddar cheese as the main filling then, onion leek topped with mayo spring onion. Packed with turkey ham and cheddar cheese, these buns deliver delicious flavour with every bite.

The cooking process begins with Chef Wong Pak Seng expertly pan-frying the threadfin to achieve the ideal level of crispiness, ensuring a delightful crunch in every bite, then drizzling a special, homemade sauce made of tamarind paste, fresh chili and calamansi juice.
