YouTuber Ammar Nazhan has gone viral quite a few times because of his controversial content. The content creator once pranked two of his friends by having “religious officers” raid their house (which also served as their studio to film content).
The Youtuber is now going viral once again after another content creator accused him of living together in the same house with his girlfriend, among other things. Here’s the story:
Yesterday (Sunday, 24th September) local content creator Cikgu Fadli Salleh made a post on his Facebook to expose YouTuber Ammar Nazhan for not only breaking the law but for disturbing people around his neighbourhood as well. According to the celebrity teacher’s post, the YouTuber, who is a Muslim, is said to be living together in the same house with his girlfriend, which is forbidden in Islam.
The public figure also accused him of other things such as disrespecting neighbours, not paying back the money he owed, and crew members getting into arguments with the residential area’s security guards. “This YouTuber has been disturbing the peace of this neighbourhood just because he has a lot of money,” he wrote.
Cikgu Fadli provided screenshots of conversations with neighbours who shared in detail the troubles caused by the 27-year-old. It was said that the residents tried to discuss said issues with Ammar but were disappointed with the response they got from him. As mentioned in the teacher’s post and neighbours’ WhatsApp messages, the series of disturbances took place in Lakefront Villa, Cyberjaya.
After the post went viral, Ammar released a statement on his Instagram Story. The influencer said, “I will not hesitate to find and sue those who made false accusations against me. All information that’s been shared by outsiders is not true and was made to bring me and my team down. Face me before making these statements if you dare.”
The YouTuber also said that while he acknowledged that he’s made some mistakes in the past, it doesn’t warrant anyone to falsely accuse and use the previous controversies to back up their claims. At the time of writing, it is unknown whether both Ammar and Cikgu Fadli have filed a police report against each other.
Guess we’ll have to wait and see how this goes.
