We’ve seen food stalls come up with tons of gimmicks to go viral – from laying out red carpets to showing off their “assets”. Of course, just having naturally good looks can help boost your business without much work – and that is probably why this nasi lemak stall in Perak is going viral.
A Facebook user, Amirul Hafiq, recently shared about a nasi lemak stall that he came across in Manong, Kuala Kangsar. According to his post, the roadside stall sells nasi lemak for only RM1 and opens almost every day, except on Fridays. While you might think the low price is why this stall is going viral, what probably caught netizens’ eyes were the faces behind the stall.
Along with the location details, Amirul shared a few images of two pretty young women, presumably the owners of the nasi lemak stall, manning and advertising the roadside stall. While it might not be the exact reason why this stall is making headlines, the faces of the owners did catch the eye more than the nasi lemak packets on the table.
Soon after the post went viral in the local area, many Perak residents started heading to the location to catch a glimpse of these pretty stall owners. Netizens have also started joking that they’re suddenly craving some nasi lemak in Kuala Kangsar. Some also added that the stall will see an increase in customers in the next few days. As for the taste, according to locals who have tried the stall’s nasi lemak, the food is as delicious as it is affordable.
If you’re in the Kuala Kangsar area and craving some nasi lemak, maybe you can keep a lookout for this roadside stall.
