Following the massive buzz about the shirtless durian seller from Terengganu, another local man has netizens salivating after he posted a video of his washboard abs on TikTok recently.
“I’m just a barber,” the Johor man, Iswan Razif, wrote in his caption. Needless to say, the comments section has been flooded with netizens thirsting over him and also his well-sculpted physique.

Iswan gave an interview with mStar after his video went viral. “I used to be very skinny. I weighed around 48kg. I didn’t look good even when I put my clothes on. So, I started working out and eating healthily. Now, my weight is 55kg,” he told the portal. “I post all my shirtless videos on TikTok as motivation for myself. If I don’t make a video of myself, I will never see the changes in my body. Those who have followed me on my socials from the start will notice the changes.”
In response to some of the naughty comments he received online, Iswan said, “I ignore the comments. I take it positively. Since I am very active in posting on social media, I have to bear with the consequences. Criticisms are normal, but they won’t bring any benefits. I’ve been receiving comments such as ‘Who told you to post (shirtless videos) in the first place?’, aside from DMs from people who are interested to get to know me. I’m already used to that. I have been getting new customers too thanks to TikTok.”

For those who are curious, Iswan is currently operating a barber shop with his friends in Batu Pahat. “I started back when I was in Form 3. My friends asked me to help cut their hair, so I obliged. There was no YouTube at that time. Whenever I enter a salon, I’d observe how the barbers cut their customers’ hair. After that, I tried replicating it by practicing,” the father of one shared.
“I also study tutorials on YouTube. I even joined a hairdressing course to hone my skills,” Iswan added in the chat. “I used to study Automotive (Engineering). I even received an offer to pursue my study in Japan. However, I didn’t manage to pass the final interview. After graduating, I worked at a service centre for a year. Then my family helped me to open a barber shop.”
