We’ve seen plenty of confrontations on the road that didn’t end well like the time a man tried to punch a delivery rider after he fell off his bike. Even if one did break road rules, some times, there’s no need to get physically aggressive.
This week, a video has been circulating on social media showing a man assaulting a female driver. It was first shown that the man in the red shirt had gotten out of his vehicle to scold the driver behind him as he believed she was driving recklessly. The woman defended herself by explaining that she was just cutting off at the dashed lane.
Kita kasi dia femes sikit
Senang hati main tunjal kepala org

As seen in the video above, the man then started hurling abuse and even threatened to beat the two people in the car for talking back at him. If that wasn’t bad enough, the road bully even smacked the victim’s forehead for being “disrespectful” to him before he continued to threaten them. Shocked and possibly fearing for her life, the victim apologised for the incident.
Even when she tried to explain herself again, the man raised his voice and continued to berate the victim. According to TheVocket, the incident had apparently taken place on the Cameron Highland route. Thankfully, it was reported that the man had been apprehended by local authorities and was taken to the Tapah Police Traffic Branch.
According to the police reports, the victim tried to overtake the man in red but could not do so as the road was too narrow which caused the offender to be angry. The man however explained that he was concerned for his family’s safety as he believe the female driver was being reckless.
He also mentioned that he wants to meet with the individual who posted the viral video and will be taking action if they refuse to do so. Perak Police Chief, Datuk Mohd Yusri Hassan Basri told the media that an official statement will be released soon regarding the incident.
As for the victim, her older brother Mohd Amir Aizacd Shahrizan, confirmed that she is traumatised by the assault and developed a fever after the incident. He also mentioned that the family will be taking legal action against the road bully. We hope that things will be sorted out in a more peaceful manner.
