Working parents often need some extra hands to help out around the house, especially when it comes to taking care of young children. Fortunately, these services can be found online and some people have looked them up to hire qualified caretakers for their children.
Having said that, some have taken advantage of the service for their own pleasure like this man who was called out for making inappropriate comments when she was looking for babysitters to hire.
CEO of Numom Malaysia Nad Masrom recently shared disturbing screenshots of a man’s Facebook post when he was trying to look for babysitters for hire through an app. After listing down the criteria he wanted in the babysitter, the father left some suggestive comments upon seeing their photos. “Is this really a babysitter for my son? Let Papa be the one to fetch and bring you home,” he said.
As seen in the screenshots above, the man also shared photos of the young women who were offering their childcare services along with their personal info written on their profiles. His post apparently attracted more perverted men to leave lewd comments as well. Disturbed by the man’s post, Nad called him and others out for their inappropriate behaviour as fathers in the comment section.
“If any of those photos shared turned out to be my sisters or daughters, I will not hesitate to take action against you. Because of what you did, these innocent women will be harassed by other men,” she wrote. The father defended himself saying he was only joking and argued that his post will also be good for her business if any of the photos he shared turned out to be her relatives.
Many of Nad’s followers agreed with her statement regarding the post that attracted those perverted men. At the time of writing, there has been no update if the man has deleted his post or offered an apology. We surely hope none of the women from the app fall victim to any dangerous men.
