Ramadan is the time when all Muslims will fast for the whole day throughout the month. However, there have been cases where a few individuals were caught skipping their fast and discreetly bought food and drinks. Due to this, authorities have been on patrols to make sure no Muslim would break one of the Rukun Islam (Pillars of Islam).
Recently, the Bachok District Council conducted a series of inspections at several premises in Kelantan. This is to ensure that they were not hiding food for Muslims who were intentionally skipping their Ramadan fasting. This is what they discovered while on patrol:

A member of the Bachok District Council posted a series of TikTok videos on his channel to document their findings when they investigated a food and beverage establishment to spot-check on hidden food. While the first video showed nothing out of the ordinary, the following videos showed exactly where the owner hid the food.
In the second video, the Bachok District Council officer revealed that the owner had stored cold tea drinks in several containers in one of the not-so-well-kept bedrooms of their house. The third video, as seen above, was the real shocker as they discovered that the food store owner hid their raw as well as cooked chicken and rice in their restroom.
The cooked food packages were placed in the washing machine while the raw materials were kept in a plastic basin next to the toilet bowl. The third video garnered the most attention with over 1 million views, 27k likes, and 1.8k comments. Netizens all commented on the revolting sights of where the food were being kept.
The Bachok District Council also posted the results of their inspections and investigations on their official Facebook page. It is said that those who are found guilty will be fined up to RM3000 or jailed.
