The Lexis Hibiscus in Port Dickson is one of the town’s biggest main attractions since it opened back in July 2017. Apart from its unique hibiscus-shaped design, the luxury resort is known for being a go-to healing place for one to enjoy the calm and scenic view of the ocean.
Last week, a Facebook user shared a post about one of the rooms in Lexis Hibiscus currently being up for sale. According to FB user Muhammad Ishaq, the Premium Pool Villa room number 376 is currently on sale with an auction price of RM549,000.
Among the details shared by the property agent include:
- Water chalet with a pool inside the room
- Size 872 sq ft
- Leasehold until 2110 (Balance 87 years)
- Maintenance fees – RM560 per month
- Resort profit sharing – 75% owner and 25% hotel
As revealed in the comments section, Muhammad Ishaq further revealed that the property (the resort room) belongs to an individual and is not owned by Lexis Hibiscus. He also added that those who are interested can reach out to his WhatsApp. Read his full posting here:
