Shila Amzah kicked off her “Journey To The Future” concert tour at the Plenary Hall in KLCC over the weekend. Throughout the two-hour long show, the Malaysian songbird delivered a strong performance of over 40 hit songs.
However, fans were surprised to learn that Shila was admitted to the hospital after the concert wrapped up. She shared some photos where she was admitted at the hospital on her Instagram Stories. The 32-year-old can be seen wearing an oxygen mask, with her glittery eye makeup still on!
“Fail ðŸ˜,” Shila briefly captioned her post. It’s understood that the “Gegar Vaganza” alum had a severe asthma attack. Shila was not alone, though. Her beau, social media personality Ubai Mz, was also seen accompanying her at the hospital that evening. Taking to his IG Stories, he shared a photo of Shila donning the oxygen mask, along with heart emojis and a few of past songs written and sang by the talented vocalist.
In addition, Ubai (real name Muhammad Ubaidillah Mohd Zulkefli) posted a video of him sitting right next to the “Memori Tercipta” singer, along with a sweet “Get Well Soon” message for his partner, to which Shila cheekily responded, “Oh my God! You still have time.”Â

Shila poured her heart out during her first solo concert since the pandemic. With 4 costume changes, the pop star was also seen dancing with her backup dancers during her cover for “Uptown Funk”. We as audiences got to hear the highs and lows of her journey, but more importantly, we were able to witness her artistic evolution.
