No matter how clever you may be, something or someone will eventually find you out. That was certainly the case for this famous Hong Kong photographer, henceforth referred to as Mr. G.
Mr. G was a well-known photographer who worked with celebrities like Donnie Yen (甄子丹), Charmaine Sheh (佘诗曼), and Lin Min-Chen (林明祯). He also worked with plenty of female models. However, his mistreatment of his models has landed his career in hot water. Mr. G was recently arrested for sexually harassing them!
Mr. G has reportedly been harassing models since 13 years ago. He allegedly took advantage of his job by requesting the models remove their clothes and spread their legs, all with the excuse of him photographing them. One model even shared that he had once asked for a kiss in exchange for a photo. Mr. G was also described as ‘arrogant’.
According to China Press, Mr. Lin who has worked with Mr. G before, claims it is not the first time he was arrested for harassment. Mr. Lin alleged he had been caught touching girls’ butts before. He added that working with the accused photographer has always made him uncomfortable. “Every time I ask him (for a quotation), he (will) always ask if I have beautiful models,” Mr. Lin said.
He also claimed Mr. G had a habit of selecting his victims. Mr. G would get the models’ business cards, and contact them privately after choosing them. He would then ask the ladies to visit his studio for the photography session. While there, he would suggest they remove their clothes.

Female models allegedly aren’t his only targets. Mr. G supposedly also took advantage of actresses and female celebrities. “Once, he touched an actress’s breast while taking her photo. He also pretended to accidentally touch another woman’s breasts when she was changing her clothes,” Mr. Lin said.
Another famous model had apparently taken semi-nudes with the arrested lensman before, but the photoshoot had left her furious. She reportedly told her friends later that he had sexually harassed her. Mr. G had supposedly instructed her to “sit and put your hands on your chest”. Then, he hugged her from behind. The sexual offender had reportedly once reached out to Miss Hong Kong for a photo opportunity, but she turned him down and requested he stays away from her.
Hong Kong media have apparently asked Mr. G about the allegations. However, at the time, he had informed them that the case was at the judicial stage. As such, he wanted to consult his lawyer before responding. But, he was subsequently arrested on suspicion of sexual assault and non-consensual filming of a person’s private parts.
