A Malaysian man from Penang shared his story on TikTok over the weekend about how he found the love of his life, Kasia, a woman from Poland and the video quickly went viral now reaching over 524k views and 16.4k likes at the time of writing. The Penang man recently did an interview with a local media outlet, explaining more about how they met and how their love came to be.
Speaking with mStar, Radzi Md Noor said that he did not expect that Kasia would ever turn out to be his significant other. “I was scrolling through Instagram and I stumbled upon this Polish woman doing a Live broadcast and noticed that she was in Penang and that my cafe happens to be nearby,” shared the 34-year-old. It was understood that the foreign woman was on a solo trip.
The business owner decided to try his luck and offered to be her tour guide for the next 2 days (with a fee) to which she surprisingly agreed. Initially, the former hotel employee had no intention of forming a romantic relationship with the foreigner but they soon bonded while he was showing her around the island. The interracial couple even agreed to meet again for the following two days after the ‘official tour’.

When asked about how did he win her over, the Penang man revealed that he was simply being himself and that she felt comfortable being around him. Sadly, Kasia had to return to her homeland but their love story didn’t end there. The two exchanged numbers before she left and they have been in contact ever since.
Radzi shared that his mother even approved of their relationship and he is already making plans on introducing his girlfriend to his family during her next visit this July. “I want to know her on a deeper level and take her on a journey to see the whole of Malaysia but as of right now, our relationship is long-distance,” he said before ending the interview. We hope that both Radzi and Kasia find their happily ever after.
