Nabila Razali and Janna Nick have been a hot topic on the internet following their appearance at “Anugerah Juara Lagu 37” (AJL37) last night (Sunday, 12th February).
In particular, the two famous celebs sparked criticisms among netizens over the outfits they wore during the award show. Both Nabila and Janna were criticised for their inappropriate choice of outfits.
Nabila was spotted walking through the black carpet in a head-to-toe sky-blue ensemble from local designer Teh Firdaus. However, many netizens reacted negatively to the former “Akademi Fantasia” contestant’s choice of clothing during the star-studded event. Most of them felt that the dress was too “tight” for her hijab-clad image.

Not only that, but there was also this one particular Instagram user, @suraini_bidin, who compared Nabila’s blue dress to a swimwear! She wrote, “I’m confused, is she singing or swimming? I’m shocked. She had never dressed like this before. Oh dear.” Others also felt that the “Kerana Cinta Itu Ada” actress should dress more modestly.
Apart from Nabila, Janna Nick also received negative remarks from local keyboard warriors over the dress she wore during last night’s AJL37 show. The “Famili Duo” MC looked oh-so-stunning in a long sequin dress, with cutout details on the arms and the waistline.
That said, Janna can also be seen wearing a skin-coloured top and skirt underneath the risqué dress. Unsurprisingly, many were quick to call Janna out for her revealing outfit. A lot of them took to the comments section to express their displeasure towards the sexy outfit worn by the “Leftenan Zana” actress. Some even compared Janna’s dress to an outfit worn by “Tarzan’s wife”!
Despite the backlash, we believe both artistes rocked their outfits during that night. ;)
