From SEEN to Fest – are you ready for more live music? Less than a week after we published the article about WayV (威神V) and NCT Dream (엔시티 드림) returning to Malaysia, fans are wondering if it’s really happening…
Imagine getting an overdose of boybands galore with Fest World Tour. In addition to the aforementioned 2 groups, this upcoming Kpop boyband concert will also include ENHYPEN (엔하이픈), MIRAE (미래소년), and SEVENTEEN (세븐틴).
This may not be the NCT 127 world tour NCTzens (as fans are called) were hoping for, but at least we’re getting a variety of music acts. Brought to you by Hwang Entertainment, the Fest World Tour will be bringing the 5 Kpop boybands to at least 4 countries in Asia. The confirmed stops so far are Malaysia, Indonesia, Thailand, and of course, their home country in South Korea.
So what can concert-goers expect?
Just like SEEN Festival, each group will probably perform 5-6 songs during the concert (for approximately 30 minutes). Since WayV and NCT Dream have already performed in Axiata Arena this month, we’re hoping the groups will change up their set list a bit. It’ll be exciting to welcome back the boys from SEVENTEEN and see rookie groups ENHYPEN as well as MIRAE make their debut performance here in Malaysia.

Update (4th February):
A word of caution to all the K-pop fans out there. Malaysian Kpop Fans (MKF) tweeted out that Fest World Tour might be a hoax after someone reached out to the artist management. The organiser Hwang Entertainment has also deleted their social media accounts, further confirming the suspicion.
