Marshaira Ismail, or perhaps more known as King Coco, has been living a rather lowkey life after her divorce made headlines back in 2021. That said, she’s still actively posting on her socials.
Recently, a video of the infamous influencer in public began making its rounds on social media. The video was first posted by TikToker @dazam213, before it went viral on Twitter.
But why did this ppl recording her sounded like a bully?

The TikTok user posted about his experience running into King Coco while he was dining in with his wife at a restaurant a couple of days ago. He recorded a snippet of their conversation, where she said, “You have to stay with me. My house is in Dutamas.” In the same video, the wife was seen mocking King Coco’s way of talking. Scrolling through the comments, many criticised the couple for “bullying” the social media personality.
“Why (do these) people who recorded (the clip) sounded like a bully?” one netizen on Twitter questioned. Another added, “Other than the pilot husband, and the fake accent thing, she never really said anything offensive or problematic. She’s just doing her own thing. I feel bad for her because she had to hold herself back just for people to treat her like that. She’s a mom now, just her live 😂. People grow & change.”

This also prompted well-known influencer Ceddy Ang to issue his take on the matter. He wrote on his Twitter, “I like her more here, even though people unintentionally mocked her. She just entertained them with grace. But I feel bad because she was treated like a parrot.”Â
