The future looks really bright for some of our local celeb couples! After all, both Malaysian heiress Chryseis Tan (陈雪铃) and influencer Gladish Chan (陳祤琹) are expecting a child soon. Chryseis and Gladish, as well as their husbands, are understandably excited for new family members.
In fact, just yesterday (13th November), both couples actually held a gender reveal for their kids! Needless to say, the results left them, and their family and friends, overjoyed.
Chryseis and her husband SM Faliq Nasimuddin held a baby shower yesterday at her mansion. Of course, her father and founder of the Berjaya Cooperation, Tan Sri Vincent Tan (陈志远) was in attendance. The baby shower, themed “We’re Over the Moon” was tastefully decorated with silver and gold trimmings.
However, what caught everyone’s attention was the non-inconspicuous box settled right beside the pool. Halfway through the celebrations, both Faliq and Chryseis revealed their new baby’s gender by opening the box. From the blue balloons which spilled out of the box and the giant “B O Y” which floated out, it was clear that their second child was going to be a boy!
Chryseis didn’t leave her fans out of the happy affair, of course. She later shared a video of the reveal on her Instagram. “Excited to grow our little family,” Chryseis added. There’s no denying that her family members too looked extremely excited. Someone was even seen leaping for joy at the reveal!
Coincidently enough, Malaysian artist Choo Hao Ren (朱浩仁) and influencer Gladish Chan (陳祤琹) also held their gender reveal party yesterday too! The couple, who got married in September, has been enthusiastically expecting their firstborn child.
The couple’s special celebration was quite an affair! There were plenty of food and drinks provided for their guests. Friends and family could also guess at the baby’s gender with several mini-games set up. However, after all the guessing, Gladish and Hao Ren were both excited to reveal that they would be having a baby girl!
The announcement was made more festive thanks to the pink ribbons and confetti falling around them. Gladish even jumped for joy with Hao Ren at the news. Clearly, the duo is looking forward to their new baby girl. Their joy must have been tenfold as the couple had just held a traditional wedding ceremony the day before (12th November).
Congratulations to both couples! We sincerely look forward to their new babies’ births and wish them well in the coming months ahead. It’s sure to be a trial, but a worthwhile one filled with moments of joy.
