“Running Man” member Jeon So Min (전소민) has been loved by many fans for her witty and eccentric personality while interacting with her fellow members. During the latest episode of the SBS show this past weekend, the lovely actress got the members laughing out loud after she revealed a funny incident that happened during her vacation in Singapore recently.
The members were gathering for the opening segment of the show when Somin mentioned her trip to Singapore with TV producer Seon Myeong. Yoo Jae Seok asked her, “Did you have a good trip to Singapore? Sun Myeong said that he drank from morning to evening.” So Min then said, “It was really fun. I didn’t drink much either. Producer Seon Myeong is a picky eater.”
Somin later recalled the time when she was detained by the customs officers the moment she arrived in the country. “Do you know that I was arrested during immigration clearance?” Somin told the “Running Man” members. “Why? Was it because you couldn’t speak English?” Yang Se Chan questioned, to which she replied, “No. I was standing at the immigration checkpoint, and they (the customs officers) told me to come.”
The “Sixth Sense” star added, “Seon Myeong already left, but I was called to the investigation. They kept checking my departure date. So, I wondered why they cared so much about my departure date. It turns out that you should write down your departure date on the immigration form. I was supposed to write 2nd October 2022, but I wrote 2nd October 2202!” making everyone burst into laughter.
The “Running Man” members had the most hilarious response after hearing Somin’s story. Jae Seok commented, “They (Singaporean customs) probably thought something was up with her.” Another member, Haha, chimed in, “You should have said, ‘I’m sorry. I’m empty-headed (my mind went blank).” “They seemed very serious. They kept asking when I’d leave (the country). ‘Are you sure you’re going back to Korea?’ they asked me,” the “Princess Aurora” actress was quoted as saying.
