Success is relative but we’re all taught to strive for it since small. Many even set a goal for themselves that they have to be rich by the time they reach a certain age. Some would quantify that by the amount of money in their bank account or the number of luxury goods in their possession.
It’s probably common for fans to find motivation to become successful from hearing celebs’ stories on how they managed to reach their goals. Malaysian celebs like Janna Nick and Daiyan Trisha have proven to us that we too can one day own a house by pursuing our dreams. Joining the list of successful people is As’ad Motawh who now owns not one but two Bungalows!
Despite not having a new song out since 2019, singer-songwriter As’ad Motawh has a lot going for him; otherwise, he wouldn’t have been able to afford 2 bungalows, a personal suite, and a luxurious car by age 21! But what exactly has he been doing lately other than music? What other skills does he possess that made him successful today?
In speaking to the media during the Malaysia Boleh Bersama MILO event, the singer revealed that he actually owns three businesses. “Many don’t actually know that I have a carwash service, I do landscaping and I’ve also been working hard on my production company Motawh Production for the past 9 months now,” he said. The 21-year-old also shared that he has a team of 8 people in his production company and they’ve taken on projects such as advertisements, photoshoots, and music videos with big-name clients.
The “Selamanya” artist, who owned his first house at 19 years old, admitted that he does not like to show off his fortune citing that, “the richer you are, the less you want to show off to the world.” The young businessman mentioned that he does not see the benefit of showing off his luxuries. “Besides, if I do show off my assets, people will think I’m faking it,” he said.
During the event, As’ad did not disclose how much he earns in a month or year. Either way, we definitely respect him for staying humble, working hard, and not letting fame and fortune get to his head. The same, however, can’t be said for other celebs who love to flaunt their wealth at any given opportunity. We’re looking at you DS Vida 😉
