Fazura has been a very busy woman with her cosmetic and fashion business but we haven’t heard new music from her in such a long time. The 38-year-old’s last single “Noktah” was back in 2021 and fans have been wondering when they will get to hear her sing and see her perform live on stage again.
The mother-of-one is planning something special next month to give back to her fans and she won’t be doing this alone! Speaking at Mandarin Oriental Hotel KL a few days ago, the actress officially announced her latest project “FAZTIVAL FAZURA 2022” featuring a line of amazing artists that will be joining her on stage!
Malaysian actress and singer Fazura, fondly known as Faz, recently announced the “FAZTIVAL FAZURA 2022” where she will be joined by some of her favourite local and international musical acts for a one night only show. The singer revealed that this has been a dream of hers for the longest time, especially during the pandemic, and hopes to do this yearly.
“Alhamdulillah, I’m so grateful that this concert is finally coming true as I’ve been wanting to do this with my fellow artists that I admire,” she said during the “FAZTIVAL FAZURA 2022” press conference. The “Can’t Forget Me” songstress explained the main reason for her to do this festival is to celebrate her fans who have been supporting her over the years for her work in the arts as well as for her beauty and fashion brands.
The star-studded lineup will include local acts such as Zizi Kirana, Ruffedge, Amir Masdi, Ippo Hafiz, M Nasir, and Ella as well as Ahmad Band and Mulan Jameela from Indonesia. Fazura also assured that ticket prices will be affordable for everyone and teased that there will be lots of surprises. We even asked the singer if we can expect new music from her to which she answered, “Of course!”
“FAZTIVAL FAZURA 2022” will be happening on the 11th September later this year at the AXIATA Arena, Bukit Jalil at 8:30pm and tickets will go on sale next week on 19th August starting at RM147. Fans can purchase the tickets here.
